"I’m not sure what’s going on with..."
I’m not sure what’s going on with the sizing here, but this ran way too small. I ordered my usual size and it fit like it was meant for someone much smaller, which makes me wonder if the sizing chart is even accurate.

"Good boots so far, just a little stiff at first"
I ordered a pair of boots from Footway and, for what I needed them for, I’m happy with them. They look just like the photos, and the stitching and overall finish seem solid. I’ve worn them a few times now and haven’t had any problems. The only thing I noticed is that the leather feels a bit stiffer than I expected, but that might just depend on the type of boot and they probably need some breaking in. Overall, I’d say they’re a good buy so far.

"My shoe exchange was really frustrating"
I tried to exchange a pair of shoes, and the whole process ended up being way more confusing than I expected. I never got clear updates on what was happening, and every time I reached out to support, it felt like they just sent the same generic response back. "Fit was decent, just not what I expected"
The shoes arrived in good condition and everything with the order was fine. I just expected the fit to be a bit more comfortable based on the size, but they ended up feeling slightly tighter than I thought they would. They’re not painful or anything, but I wouldn’t choose them for long walks. Overall, my experience with footway was okay, though I do think the sizing info could be clearer.

"A Simple Order Issue Turned Into a Hassle"
I had a straightforward problem with my order, but getting help somehow became way harder than it needed to be. Support kept sending the same copy-and-paste replies without actually fixing anything. Still no refund, still no real answer. Super frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

"Site is kinda okay, but a bit clunky"
Footway.com worked fine for me most of the time, but trying to find the right size and filter through shoes was kinda annoying. The pages loaded okay, just didn’t feel super smooth. Checkout was simple enough though, so overall it wasn’t bad, just not great either.

"Good packaging, arrived fine"
I was happy with how the shoes were packed. They came in a sturdy box and everything inside was wrapped nicely. The outer package did have a small dent, but once you open it up, nothing was damaged at all. Not absolutely perfect, but still a good experience overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not sure the prices are worth it"
I ordered from Footway because I thought I was getting a decent deal, but I don’t know, the price felt a little high once the shoes arrived.

The shoes themselves were totally fine, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but I found the exact same pair cheaper on another site a few days later. That definitely made me question whether I should’ve shopped around more.

Delivery was okay and the website was easy enough to use, so I can’t really complain about that. I’m just not convinced the value was there for me, and I’d probably only order again if there was a proper sale.

"I had to send back a pair..."
I had to send back a pair because they just didn’t fit right, which was annoying. Really annoying, because I hate dealing with returns. I was expecting the refund to take forever like it usually does, but it actually showed up on my card after just a few days. So yeah, the fit was a letdown and having to return them was a pain, but the refund part was quick and easy. I’d probably use Footway again...

"Decent shop, but the stock info could be fairer"
I found a pair I really liked on footway, but when I went to choose my size it turned out to be out of stock, even though it had shown up in the list at first. I know these things happen, but it’s a bit frustrating when you’ve already got your hopes up and then have to click around to find something similar.

Ordering itself was fine, and the site is easy enough to use. I just think it would be basic decency to make the stock information clearer from the start so people don’t waste time. Not a bad experience overall, but it could definitely be smoother.

I had a small issue with my order, so I sent footway a message, not really expecting much right away. But they got back to me within a few hours, which was quicker than I thought, and it seemed like they’d actually read what I wrote.

The whole thing was sorted out without any annoying back and forth, which I always appreciate. Support felt friendly and straightforward, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

"So many shoes, and I found my favorites fast"
I got that little rush I used to feel shoe shopping with my mom when I was younger. There were tons of styles to look through, but I still found my size and the brands I like really quickly. It made the whole thing feel easy and kind of fun.

"Wrong shoes and way too much waiting"
I ordered a pair of shoes and somehow got a completely different size and color. I double-checked my order to make sure I hadn’t messed up, but nope, what they sent was clearly wrong. Then I had to sit around waiting in the support queue forever just to get someone to answer, and even after that I still had to deal with sorting the return myself. it was just a hassle from start to finish. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Footway again

"A Nice Surprise at Checkout"
I was looking for a new pair of shoes and ended up ordering from Footway. i was half expecting the shipping cost to jump up at the last step like it does on some sites, but it stayed totally fair and easy to understand. That was a nice little surprise. The shoes arrived without any hassle, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience for me

"Felt really good about the order"
